Principal’s Message

Dear Lake Dolloff Elementary Families,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Lake Dolloff Elementary! I am honored and deeply grateful to serve this amazing community of scholars, families, and educators. I hope you enjoyed a restful and rejuvenating summer with loved ones—because we have an adventurous and inspiring school year ahead of us!

My name is Mrs. Paige Nguyen (pronounced like “win”—as in I will win the game!). I bring over twenty-five years of experience in education, including more than a decade of teaching, five years as an adjunct faculty instructor, and nine years in educational leadership. I am passionate about partnering with families and staff to support our scholars as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, German, and our children—Cory, Josemaria, Trinidad, and Isabella. We love camping, kayaking, crabbing, road trips, and reading together. I am trilingual in Vietnamese, English, and Spanish. Raised in Wisconsin and born in Vietnam, I moved to Washington in 2002 and immediately fell in love with the mild, cloudy weather—it’s perfect for enjoying ice cream without it melting too fast!

At Lake Dolloff, we believe in creating joyful, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environments where every scholar is known, valued, and supported. Together, we will make this school year full of growth, discovery, and success.
